Furthermore, if you need to cancel the sale for any reason, it can only be done before shipment. We strive to ship our guns within one day of receiving confirmation of payment, so time is critical. Cancellations not based upon our error are subject to a restocking fee up to 10%. The restocking fee is necessary to cover fees accrued once the order is placed and then again once the order is canceled. These fees are imposed on us by third-party payment gateways once you place an order, and also when you cancel the order. The fees have nothing to do with the merchandise physically leaving our facility or being put back on a shelf. Bitcoin fees are charged to us regardless of the disposition of the purchased item. Note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped due to our error, a call tag may be issued to return the items. Terry Arms recommends that you ship your return package using a carrier that offers shipment tracking and insures the package for its full value, so you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. USPS offers limited tracking and a 30-day waiting time before claims can be filed. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
Exchanges:
When returning merchandise for exchange, return shipping charges will be applied to the replacement merchandise.
